Hilda’s Fish Cakes are a mouth-watering, super tasty treat.  Our scrumptious cakes are made out of codfish, cooked Bajan style.  In Barbados, codfish cakes are very popular and are served at cocktail parties, homes, restaurants and rum shops across the island.  Hilda’s Fish Cakes started as a Bajan grandmother’s recipe that was brought from Barbados to America.  The family’s devoted matriarch was named Hilda.  Her secret recipe has been passed down through generations and her descendants have proudly refined and improved upon what she started.
